Your challenge

LGT Fund Management Company Ltd. establishes and manages customized EU-compatible investment funds (AIFs and UCITS) under the LGT brand. The LGT Fund ManCo team develops suitable fund solutions according to the needs of LGT Private Banking Group or in partnership with external fund initiators. 

Your work consists of supporting the Fund Structuring/Legal team in various administrative and partly legal tasks. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assisting in the review and processing of contracts and documents with various business partners of the company and affiliates.
  • Administrative support and partly independent processing of contractual bases for Liechtenstein investment funds (AIF & UCITS): including investment management agreements, fund agreements, articles of association, sales prospectuses, investor information documents, depositary agreements, investment advisory agreements, distribution agreements, operational documents (operation memorandums / service level agreements)
  • Processing correspondence in German and English as well as translations into German and English
  • Various administrative tasks (telephone service, appointment coordination, organization of meetings, etc.)

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or high school diploma with several years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a bank or law firm. A CAS Paralegal or similar additional training is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with legal topics desirable
  • In addition to German, you have a very good command of written and oral English. Additional language knowledge is an advantage.
  • You are used to working accurately, independently and in an organized manner and are able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team and service orientation
