LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
The Investment, Products and Services (IPS) team are responsible for the following areas: front office, markets commentary, portfolio construction and analysis, providing investment recommendations across the equity, fixed income, alternatives and cash asset classes, capital markets distribution and the execution of clients’ investment activity.
We're looking for a Portfolio Implementation Associate to join the team and provide the operational activity required for our single manager portfolio implementation, on a day-to-day basis. This will include managing cash (foreign and domestic), portfolio exposure levels, order generation, execution and reporting.
Monitor the DPM email inbox for adviser requests and general information for use in portfolio management.
Re-balance SMA portfolios to align to their underlying model which are provided by external parties
Use Avaloq to maintain strategy models that come in from both internal and external managers
Daily Cash sweep of SMA portfolios across base currencies which will include many foreign currency transactions
Update client and IPS reporting data feeds for Implementation analysis
Participate in Internal meetings (Implementation Sub Committee, Investment Committee, Product meetings, Internal Implementation team meetings)
Update Avaloq with new information which is relevant to the smooth running of Implementation (as required)
Update quarterly reports for advisers to extract from our PRG reporting process
Maintain sharepoint (Internal website) with information that advisers require for client management
Monitor cut off times for fund redemption/subscription to ensure orders are produced time efficiently
Basic understanding of Portfolio Management
Degree qualified in Finance, Mathematics or Business
Avaloq (would be useful, but not essential)
Microsoft Products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Able to deal with adviser demands
