In your role as a Product Architect / Lead Developer, you are a technical pioneer within the team and the larger organization, driving innovative web solutions and standards.
As part of your responsibilities, you will be:
Technical lead and product owner of the development framework for our Digital Client Onboarding solution with focus on web technologies
Responsible for the translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design, describing it through standardized design artefacts, ensuring alignment to the target architectures, principles, patterns and standards
Building highly responsive web applications and backend services
Developing and managing well-functioning applications, following a microservices architecture
Building reusable components for future use including software tests
Overseeing progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
Continuously looking for improvement of the code, CI/CD pipeline and the product / technology
Your profile demonstrates:
A hands-on mentality, with a strong passion for coding, testing, and a commitment to delivering top-tier applications
This role requires a passion to code, test and deliver quality applications within the desired timeframes
Proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, or other regulated industry
The capability to serve as a technology mentor for our development teams, demonstrating leadership, innovative thinking, and ambition. An understanding of our technology stack, including Java, Angular, Kubernetes (OpenShift), Kafka, Jira, GitLab, Spring Boot and Azure Cloud Development, is a necessity
A solid grasp of Design Patterns used in Java and Microservices Architectures, Microfrontends
Significant experience in Agile methodologies, showcasing analytical thinking, solution-oriented skills, keen attention to detail, a high regard for quality, and a team-oriented mindset
Strong commitment to precision and quality, with demonstrated resilience under pressure or in high-stress situations
Minimum 7 years of work experience with at least 3 years proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Proficient skills in SQL application development, query design, testing with JUnit5, and runtime optimization
Excellent command of both German and English languages
