Project & Process Manager Private Banking 80-100% (f/m/d) Vaduz (LI)

For the long-term development of our project team, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic specialist (f/m/d).

Your tasks will include 

• Coordination and operational implementation of projects in the areas of private banking/distribution, structural and process organization, digitalization, regulation & compliance and operations at LGT Bank Ltd.
• Sub-project management of and/or collaboration in group projects for LGT Bank Ltd.
• Collaboration and management of process optimization projects and improvement initiatives
• Analysis, optimization, modeling and documentation of existing processes in Private Banking
• Creating and contributing to the development of decision bases for the attention of the Executive Board
• Performing the interface function between client service/sales departments, competence centers (Investment Advisory, Legal, Compliance, etc.) and IT
• Specification of business requirements within projects
• Coordination of the project office, preparation of project status reports and regular reporting on ongoing projects

You have the following skills for this role:

• Completed studies (college or university degree at Bachelor's or Master's level, preferably with a specialization in economics)
• Banking experience and/or practical experience in management consulting
• Experience as a project manager
• Experience in process management and basic knowledge of business process modeling
• High level of process understanding and good analytical thinking skills
• Affinity for the practical implementation and solution of problems
• Oral and written knowledge of German and English
• Integral, resilient personality with a quick grasp and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with a wide range of internal and external specialists
