Your challenge

  • Reception and support of guests, clients (m/f/d) and business partners (m/f/d)
  • Execution of cash disbursements
  • Handing over customer mail stored in the bank
  • Preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms
  • Organizing, answering and forwarding telephone calls
  • Responsible for mail, travel bookings 

Your profile

  • Ideally, education at Matura level, first-class verbal and written expression skills as well as very good MS Office skills
  • Several years of experience in the reception/secretarial field in a company with a demanding clientele would be an advantage
  • Pleasure in dealing with people, high customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
  • Professional, very well-groomed appearance and polite manners
  • Independent, precise and structured way of working
  • Organizational talent and ability to work in a team coupled with a high degree of reliability, resilience and flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

We offer you a gross annual salary in line with the market for the position starting at € 30.000,- depending on your specific qualifications, with a willingness to pay more.
