Relationship Manager EAM 80-100% (f/m/d) Vaduz (LI)

For our long-term development we are looking for a motivated, competent and enthusiastic personality as Relationship Manager EAM (f/m/d), who would like to actively contribute to the success of the group of companies. 

In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Systematic acquisition of asset managers in German-speaking Switzerland
• Further development of own network through targeted acquisition measures
• Development of own client portfolio
• Holistic advice to EAMs, especially in the areas of ESG, PLF, private markets, financing, etc.
• Support of EAMs in the regulatory area
• Professional handling of the day-to-day business with the support of an experienced team
• Substitution and support of the team members

For these responsible tasks, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who appreciates a high degree of creative freedom and professional structures, with the following profile:

• Several years of successful track record in the acquisition of external asset managers as well as in advising and supporting wealthy private clients with portfolio responsibility in the areas of investment and asset management
• Banking education and/or higher education or further education (e.g. university, FH, AZEK, CFA)
• Service-oriented and enthusiastic personality with a strong customer focus
• Sense of responsibility, winning appearance and high level of initiative
• Negotiation skills, persuasiveness and high results orientation
• Good roots and network in Switzerland
• High social, communication and consulting skills
• Very good German and English skills
