As a Scrum Master, you play a leading role in the team you supervise, its environment and the company.

• you always have team development in mind and use their activities to strengthen self-organization and cross-functional working in the team
• you emphatically observe team dynamics, use them to further develop the team and thus strengthen quality, efficiency and effectiveness
• you lead through the ability to build trust and personal bonds
• you observe new agile concepts and methods and bring them into the organization
• you exemplify and communicate agile values and attitude
• you coach the stakeholders in agility
• you collaborate on cross-team collaboration (scaling)
• you ensure transparency, e.g. by identifying and presenting agile metrics, also in the context of our OKR model
• you moderate skillfully and in a solution-oriented manner, using a wide range of moderation and presentation methods

Organizationally, you are part of our team of project and portfolio managers along with other Scrum Masters. This gives you excellent networking within the company and constant mutual exchange.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in multiple teams and organizations, preferably in the financial, or services sectors
• Several years of experience with Scrum, Kanban, OKR and scaled frameworks and other agile methodologies
• You love teamwork, collegial exchange and working together on new ideas
• Didactic skills, ability to deal with conflicts and assertiveness
• Analytical, conceptual and planning skills 
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
• Very good German and English skills allow them to formulate their concerns in a situation-appropriate manner and to act across locations
• Motivation to combine agile mindset and the specific LGT culture
• Understanding of change processes
