Your challenge

As a Scrum Master, you play a leading role in the team you supervise, its environment and the company.

  • They always have team development in mind and use their activities to strengthen self-organisation and cross-functional work in the team.
  • They emphatically observe the team dynamics, use them to further develop the team and thus strengthen quality, efficiency and effectiveness
  • They lead through their ability to build trust and personal bonds
  • You observe new agile concepts and methods and bring them into the organisation
  • They exemplify and convey agile values and attitudes
  • You coach stakeholders in agility
  • You collaborate on cross-team cooperation (scaling)
  • You ensure transparency, e.g. by identifying and presenting agile key performance indicators, also within the framework of our OKR model.
  • You moderate skilfully and in a solution-oriented way, using a wide range of moderation and presentation methods

Organisationally, you are part of our team of project and portfolio managers together with other Scrum Masters. This gives you excellent networking within the company and constant mutual exchange.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in multiple teams and organisations, preferably in the financial or service sector.
  • Several years of experience with Scrum, Kanban, OKR and scaled frameworks and other agile methods
  • You love teamwork, collegial exchange and working together on new ideas
  • Didactic skills, ability to deal with conflicts and assertiveness
  • Analytical, conceptual and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
  • Very good German and English skills enable you to formulate your concerns in a way that is appropriate to the situation and to act across locations
  • Motivation to combine an agile mindset with the specific LGT culture
  • Understanding of change processes
