Your challenge

In your role as a Scrum Master, you are a servant leader within the eBanking team with focus on constantly improving the flow of work for the team.

  • You are responsible to schedule and facilitate agile ceremonies
  • Your focus is on “finish work” by stringent management of impediments and dependencies
  • Applying your expert skills with JIRA and Confluence will help you optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • With your empathy, you monitor team dynamics and utilize them to further develop the team
  • As one scrum master in a complex product (eBanking), you promote cross-team and -functional collaboration
  • Your facilitation skills shine as you moderate discussions and presentations in a solution-oriented manner, utilizing a broad spectrum of methods.

On an organizational level, you join a guild of Scrum Masters in our project and portfolio management organization, which fosters excellent networking within the company, promotes continuous exchange and supports driving agile topics collaboratively.

Your profile

Your profile:

  • Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in the financial services industry, supplemented by in-depth knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, OKR, scaled frameworks, and relevant external certifications/trainings.
  • Pronounced team orientation and a passion for collegial exchange, driven by enthusiasm and the energy to develop innovative ideas together.
  • Excellent didactic skills as well as the ability to resolve conflicts and demonstrate assertiveness.
  • Exceptional communication skills and high empathy, underpinned by excellent German and English language skills, allowing for situation-appropriate communication and cross-border interaction.
  • Strong motivation to link agile thinking with the unique LGT culture, coupled with a deep understanding of change management.
  • Proven expertise in coaching stakeholders and team members in agile work methods and in the role of an agile thought leader.
  • Your role model agile mindset and use your network and external community participation to transfer state of the art concepts to our organisation
  • High resilience and stamina, along with a commitment to living agile values and generating added value for both customers and the entire company.
  • Inspiring and self-motivated, always ready to embrace new challenges and think outside the box.
