Your challenge

As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Execution, support and further development of the annual global compensation year-end process as well as personnel budget processes
  • Actively collaboration with all team members on day-to-day business tasks as well as new compensation and benefits projects and initiatives, such as providing client-specific analysis, collecting market data and trends, administering and further developing compensation plans as well as managing the internal job classification system
  • Support in ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements with regards to compensation structures, processes and tools. Execution of different annual processes in context of the Risk Taker population such as annual review of the population, preparation of compensation and disclosure reports as well as compensation reporting to external regulatory authorities
  • Advising line management, HR Business Partners, Recruiting and other partners in all matters relating to compensation and benefits
  • Technical support in local and global projects

Your profile

Your Profil:

  • A university degree or certificate of higher education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation Management
  • Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the financial industry is of advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Very good Microsoft Office user skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Workday or other HRIT systems is of advantage
  • Willingness to work on international tasks and challenges
  • Strong team player and openness towards intercultural differences within the group
  • Persuasive and assertive
