• Responsibility and coordination for ongoing facility management projects
• Coordination and monitoring of internal repairs, maintenance and upkeep measures as well as any conversion and furnishing projects
• Responsibility for procurement management, internal mail administration as well as set-up and dismantling at events
• Ensuring compliance with official, legal and internal inspection obligations including documentation (e.g. fire protection)
• Obtaining cost estimates, placing and monitoring orders (including cost monitoring) as well as various administrative tasks
• Supervision of our location in Salzburg 
• Representation and support in ongoing fleet management as well as representation of the Head of Infrastructure to management

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH) preferably in the field of facility management/hotel industry as well as business understanding
• Several years of relevant professional experience in facility management (preferably also in the hotel industry) and in project management
• IT affinity with very good MS Office skills, commercial understanding
• High service orientation, physical fitness and ability to work under pressure
• Organisational talent as well as exact and foresighted way of working
• Inter-trade understanding and leadership skills towards service providers
• Good appearance, negotiating skills and excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, as well as other language skills would be an advantage

In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a minimum salary for the position starting at € 52,000 per annum all-in (depending on qualifications), with the readiness for a significant overpayment.
