Your challenge

In this interesting and varied role in the Client Data Management department, you will support the Special Tasks team with the following tasks:

  • Supporting the team with regard to online banking issues
  • Managing EAM clients (incl. complex signature directories)
  • Processing of undeliverable client correspondence
  • Responsibility for mail distribution in the Client Data Management department
  • Various clarifications and requests for information in response to internal inquiries
  • Special tasks and cleanups

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or equivalent training
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a financial institution in the field of formalities, account openings, and master data
  • Native German speaker and good written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Avaloq is a plus
  • Reliable, independent, team-oriented, and resilient individual with good interpersonal skills
  • Very precise and efficient work style, strong communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation
  • Flexibility and openness to change
