Your challenge

As Support Engineer Access Rights you will be responsible for the technical and professional support of the Avaloq banking platform in the area of access security. Our common goal is a powerful and secure solution that is optimised to meet our customers' needs and is geared to the highest quality and security standards in the industry.


In this position you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Preparing the necessary reports and information on access rights for internal and external audits and other stakeholders
  • Undertake various consulting tasks for internal projects related to access development
  • Manage roles and functions for our Avaloq banking platform in accordance with internal bank policies and procedures
  • Assisting with access incidents and documenting and resolving them
  • Training employees on data security issues relating to our core systems 

Your profile

  • Completed IT training with vocational baccalaureate or higher IT training
  • Professional experience in Identity and Access Management or in the banking environment is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Systematic, structured and precise way of working
  • Good technical and logical understanding
  • High degree of independence
