Your challenge

Zusammen mit einem erfahrenen und motivierten Team arbeiten Sie im LGT 1st Level Support. Dabei sind Sie in unserem mehrsprachigen Umfeld für eine kundenorientierte und effiziente Unterstützung per Telefon und Remote zuständig. Sie nehmen Benutzerprobleme entgegen, analysieren und lösen diese direkt. Die Lösungsdokumentation gehört genauso zu Ihren Aufgaben, wie das Erstellen und nachführen von Dokumentationen.

  • Sicherstellung des 1st Level Supports (Telefon, vor Ort Support und Incident Management)
  • Nachführung von Betriebshandbüchern, Anleitungen, Checklisten und Prozessen
  • Wahrnehmung von Koordinationsaufgaben (Troubleshooting)
  • Erstellung von Reports, KPIs, Monitoring, Incident quality Management

Your profile

  • Erfahrungen im 1st Level Support
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, Service- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Umfeld (Windows10/11 und Office)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit und Interesse vielseitig zu arbeiten und zu lernen
  • Freude und Leidenschaft an der Arbeit und Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
