Your challenge

In the course of a proper succession planning, we are looking for a Team Head (f/m/d) in the Trustees & Lawyers segment who has a strong personality, is enthusiastic and already has leadership experience.

 
Your responsibilities will include the following exciting tasks:

  • Leading an experienced team in terms of personnel, technical as well as organizational aspects.
  • Responsibility for achieving team budget targets and annual goals
  • Initiation, conception and implementation of a systematic market development in the target segment
  • Supporting and accompanying the client advisors in the acquisition of Trustees & Lawyers as well as in the expansion of the overall portfolio
  • Continuous development of consulting competence and quality within the team
  • Active exchange with internal specialist units and management of specialist projects

Your profile

For this responsible position you bring the following profile:

  • University degree or higher banking education with appropriate training or further education (e.g. FH, AZEK, CFA)
  • Empathic, entrepreneurial leadership personality with proven strengths in employee and market development
  • Excellent own network and successful track record in the acquisition and support of Trustees & Lawyers
  • High level of commitment and initiative as well as strong sense of responsibility 
  • Service-oriented, entrepreneurial personality with a strong customer focus
  • Winning demeanor coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, any other foreign language would be an advantage
