In your role as UI Designer, you are an innovative force within the team, the organization and the design community, driving user-centered design solutions and improvements. Use your UI know-how to design concepts for future use cases.

You are responsible for:

• Shaping our visual design language in collaboration with our design team
• By ideating concepts, you translate complex requirements and client-centered thinking into user flows
• Visualizing mockups based on our design system and deriving detailed design specifications for handover to development
• Together with specialists of our design system team, you will define design tokens and thus ensure the consistency of our external services across all channels
• Working closely with the UX/UI design team and other subject matter experts, you will ensure that concepts and standards are technically feasible
• Designing, illustrating, and animating graphics
• Collaborate in the innovation process and advocate for design literacy
• Following current trends in Digital Visual Design and ensure that LGT can benefit from its innovations

Your skills are:

• Education in interaction and / or graphic design with a focus on interface design or comparable training
• Several years of experience as UI designer or in a similar role
• Experience with the user-centered design process and agile projects
• Proficient in common design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Good grasp of complex and challenging topics
• Team player, humorous, and creative
• Independent working style and enthusiastic approach
• Very good skills in German and English
