We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Workplace System Engineer Senior with a focus on supporting and developing our VDI infrastructure. You will also support your teammates in designing, implementing and maintaining an efficient and secure work environment. In this role, you will play a critical key role in delivering best-in-class technology solutions to our employees. With a particular focus on the use of cutting-edge technologies, you will shape the future of the workplace and provide an innovative and inspiring work environment for our employees.
What can you expect?
Design and implement a modern workplace: you will develop and implement innovative concepts and solutions to create a modern workplace. This includes introducing new technologies, improving user experience, and integrating mobile and flexible work models.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: You are responsible for analyzing and solving complex technical problems related to the workplace. You will diagnose issues, perform comprehensive troubleshooting and troubleshooting activities, and work closely with other teams to find quick and effective solutions.
Security and Compliance: You ensure compliance with security standards and data protection guidelines on our workstations. You will implement security measures created by our security teams and ensure compliant operations.
Collaborate with internal teams: you will work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of workstation resources into the existing infrastructure. This includes working closely with our security, networks, engineering, and support teams to ensure all systems are working together effectively.
Creating Documentation: You will create documentation and guidance (HowTo/Troubleshooting articles and End User Manuals) to help support units and users get the most out of workstation resources.
