Technical requirements
Your data is as secure as in a bank vault. We store all information encrypted and redundantly in fail-safe and high-security data centres, continuously update hardware and software, and comply with the highest and strictest security standards. To ensure you can access your data securely, your computer, smartphone and tablet must meet certain technical requirements.
You can use LGT SmartBanking with almost any internet-enabled computer, smartphone or tablet. We support the current versions 16 and 17 of Safari, the latest three versions of Chrome, Edge and Opera, as well as Firefox from the last ESR (Extended Security Release) up to the current version.
The LGT SmartBanking app works on mobile devices that meet the following system requirements:
- Apple: iOS 16.7 or later
- Android: 11.0 or later
You can download the LGT SmartBanking app free of charge from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Accessing eBanking with other operating systems such as BlackBerry OS, Linux, Windows RT and Windows Phone or browsers such as Opera, Internet Explorer, Vivaldi etc. is not possible. Beta or pre-release versions of the above operating systems and browsers can be used, but full functionality cannot be guaranteed. In addition, we do not provide support for these versions.
