Your challenge

You will be part of Group Financial Crime Compliance (GFCC), an international and multidisciplinary team, which aims to protect the bank from financial crime risk by defining group-wide standards to combat money laundering and terrorist financing and providing consolidated supervision over the group companies. As a Consolidated Reporting Officer, you are responsible to provide the management of LGT Group Holding Ltd with consolidated management information and reporting covering financial crime risks in all the group companies. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive management information and reporting for GFCC across Private Banking and Asset Management
  • Coordinate and document periodic GFCC management committee meetings and other GFCC-related forums
  • Produce accurate and timely management information and periodic risk reporting related to financial crime, in line with regulatory requirements and at the group level. Examples include quarterly GFCC report, annual compliance activity report, periodic updates on GFCC projects and initiatives
  • Work closely, coordinate and build a network with stakeholders across various locations
  • Continue to enhance the current management information, take part in initiatives to align reporting globally, and propose improvements to automate, optimize and standardize existing reports
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the design, development and implementation of further reporting
  • Support the GFCC team with growth initiatives by analyzing global financial crime trends and threats, highlight and track issues and actions and take part in potential ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Your profile

You Profile

  • University degree
  • Several years of experience in Financial Crime or Compliance topics (CAMS certification or willingness to pass it would be preferred)
  • Experience in setting up management information processes and key risk indicator metrics would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ppt and xls. Experience with macros and exposure to data visualisation tools such as PowerBI will be beneficial
  • Able to handle and analyse data
  • Self-motivated, structured and organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills and able to manage stakeholders
  • Fluent in German & English (any other language would be a plus)
