Your challenge

Our Corporate Actions Income Team is responsible for the accounting of corporate actions, taking into account international market conditions. Furthermore, shareholder services tasks are located in this team, which results in an interesting and versatile field of activity with a lot of perspective for personal and operational development.

After a comprehensive induction phase, you will take on the following tasks as a reinforcement of our team:

  • Processing of orders relating to shareholder services, such as registrations and de-registrations in share registers, proxy voting, etc.
  • Correct and timely processing of corporate action transactions in particular interest, dividends and redemptions
  • Contact person for our internal clients as well as for our custodians worldwide
  • Representation of the team in various projects and support of IT in system improvements

Your profile

Your profil:

  • Commercial training, preferably also apprenticeship graduates
  • Knowledge of securities or banking experience an advantage
  • Motivated personality with interest in continuous development
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of the current MS Office programs
