LGT Graduate Programme - a future full of possibilities

Join the LGT Graduate Programme and kickstart your career in various fields within private banking and IT.

Our graduate programme is open to university and university of applied sciences graduates, who have either a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Over 18 months, you’ll be trained and developed in preparation for a specific target function within LGT.

You’ll become part of a team where you will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, prepare for your target role, gain in-depth insights into other business units and discover how we work together to create a sustainable impact for the future.

Client Relationship Officer
Information Systems
Project Manager
Portfolio / Investment Advisor
Controller
and more

The goal of the programme is to prepare you for medium to long-term employment with LGT.

You can complete the LGT Graduate Programme in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, London, or one of our locations in Asia. The next start date is in September 2025.

Gain valuable experience abroad and in life

During a two-week seminar in Singapore, you will familiarize yourself with the Asian market. You will also get to know colleagues in Singapore, and learn more about private banking in Asia and local companies.

During a one-week volunteer assignment for a charitable or non-profit organization, you will expand your social skills and discover different perspectives.

Other exciting events allow you to expand your know-how and develop your social and personal skills. Working with internal and external specialists enables you to build your professional network.

Graduates gain insights into other areas of LGT through two to three internships. This will give you an overview and a better understanding of how to work with other departments in your future role, while also providing the opportunity to network with colleagues from other areas.
