Your challenge

In this responsible position, you will take on a variety of tasks in the field of payments and contribute to the timely and smooth execution of our processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Processing outgoing payment instructions in Avaloq
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate handling of all payment transactions
  • Managing standing orders and payment templates
  • Acting as a contact person for general questions related to payments
  • Supporting the optimization and further development of our payment processes


Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of payment processing is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Communicative, flexible, and team-oriented personality
  • Independent, precise, and responsible way of working
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

The position is fixed-term until December 31, 2026. Subject to business needs, the role may be converted into a permanent position.
