How can I register another device?
To register the second/replacement device on the app, please use the PDF instructions: Register additional authentication device via app.
To register the second/replacement device on the desktop, you need the already registered smartphone/tablet. Please contact LGT SmartBanking Support if this is no longer available.
- Log in to LGT SmartBanking by opening the website https://smartbanking.lgt.com on your computer, laptop or tablet.
Select LGT SmartBanking via your user account. - From your user account, select the menu item "Device management" and click on "Add new device".

You will now be guided through the device registration process.
