How can I register another device?

To register the second/replacement device on the app, please use the PDF instructions: Register additional authentication device via app.

To register the second/replacement device on the desktop, you need the already registered smartphone/tablet. Please contact LGT SmartBanking Support if this is no longer available.

  1. Log in to LGT SmartBanking by opening the website on your computer, laptop or tablet.
    Select LGT SmartBanking via your user account.
  2. From your user account, select the menu item "Device management" and click on "Add new device".

You will now be guided through the device registration process.
