During your three-year apprenticeship, you will work in six different departments. That means new topics, new perspectives, and new opportunities for you. Step by step, you will find out what suits you best, what inspires you, and where your path could lead.
For us, banking is about more than numbers and theory. It is about teamwork, responsibility, organisation, communication, and the chance to learn something new every day.
At LGT, you are not just “the apprentice.” You are part of the team. From the very beginning, you will be supported by people who take you seriously, encourage you, and guide you along the way.
Experienced practical trainers will support you in your day-to-day work, give you guidance, and help you grow both professionally and personally.
