Your challenge

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Payment Transactions Troubleshooting Officer (f/m/d)

You will passionately take on the diverse challenges in our team and perform the following tasks:

  • Independent processing and clarification of problem cases in outgoing payment transactions

  • Monitoring, checking, and posting incoming payments

  • Central coordination and execution of balance settlements in consultation with the relevant departments

  • Close cooperation with our international teams in Europe and Asia

  • Optimization of existing payment transaction processes and support in error prevention

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in banking

  • Knowledge of payment transactions is an advantage

  • Very Good written and spoken German skills and good written and spoken English skills

  • Solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills

  • Independent and responsible way of working

  • Strong team spirit and willingness to help
