Your challenge

  • Comprehensive administration of the insured: entries and departures, changes in wages and employment levels, premium calculations, purchases, changes. Independent handling of claims in the event of retirement, death and disability. Processing of advance withdrawals and pledges in the context of the promotion of home ownership

  • You will be the central point of contact for all questions relating to occupational pensions for active employees and pensioners of LGT Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. and LGT Capital Partners Ltd. They advise on complex individual cases such as retirement, disability and death and ensure factually sound and understandable communication

  • Close cooperation with internal partners (HR and payroll)

Your profile

  • Completed basic commercial training

  • Further training in the field of occupational pensions (e.g. specialist for employee pension schemes with a federal. Fachausweis)

  • Several years of professional experience in pension fund administration / occupational pensions

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills; Other languages (e.g. French) are an advantage

  • High affinity for numbers, processes and regulations

  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment of consulting

  • Team player with high social skills and clear, addressee-oriented communication - verbally and in writing

  • Independent, structured and precise way of working with a high sense of responsibility

  • Resilient, solution-oriented and open to change and new things
