ประกาศเตือนภัยการหลอกลวงด้านการลงทุนและการแอบอ้างแบรนด์ LGT ในประเทศไทย
บริษัท หลักทรัพย์ แอลจีที (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัท”) ขอแจ้งเตือนผู้ลงทุนให้ระมัดระวังมิจฉาชีพที่แอบอ้างเป็นพนักงานหรือตัวแทนของสถาบันการเงิน รวมถึงของบริษัท โดยนำชื่อ โลโก้ หรือเครื่องหมายอื่น ๆ ของ LGT ไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และติดต่อผู้ลงทุนผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล หรือโซเชียลมีเดีย เพื่อชักชวนให้เปิดบัญชีซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์หรือลงทุน ขอข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือข้อมูลขององค์กร หรือให้โอนเงิน ทั้งนี้ บริษัทไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการกระทำดังกล่าว และไม่ได้มอบอำนาจให้บุคคลเหล่านี้ดำเนินการใด ๆ ในนามของบริษัท
บริษัทให้บริการเฉพาะลูกค้าประเภทผู้ลงทุนสถาบันและผู้ลงทุนรายใหญ่พิเศษเท่านั้น โดยไม่มีนโยบายติดต่อประชาชนทั่วไปผ่านโซเชียลมีเดียเพื่อชักชวนให้ใช้บริการหรือให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน อีเมลที่ส่งจากบริษัทจะใช้ที่อยู่อีเมลที่ลงท้ายด้วย “@LGT.com” เท่านั้น อย่างไรก็ตาม การใช้อีเมลที่ลงท้ายด้วยโดเมนดังกล่าว หรือการใช้ชื่อและโลโก้ของ LGT เพียงอย่างเดียว ไม่สามารถยืนยันได้ว่าการติดต่อนั้นมาจากบริษัทจริง
บริษัทใช้เฉพาะบัญชีที่เปิดในนามของบริษัทในการดำเนินธุรกิจ และไม่มีนโยบายให้โอนเงินไปยังบัญชีของบุคคลที่สามสำหรับการทำธุรกรรมกับบริษัท

Investment Scam Alert: Impersonation and Unauthorised Use of LGT Branding in Thailand
We have been informed of recent investment scams in Thailand involving individuals who falsely claim to be employees or representatives of financial institutions, including LGT Securities (Thailand) Limited ("LGT Thailand"). They may use the LGT name, logo or other branding without authorisation and contact members of the public by phone, email or social media to offer to open trading accounts, solicit investments, obtain personal or corporate information, or request payments. LGT Thailand is not involved in these activities and has not authorised these individuals to act on its behalf.
LGT Thailand serves institutional clients and ultra-high-net-worth clients only. It does not approach members of the public, solicit business or recommend financial products through social media channels. Our emails are sent from addresses ending in "@LGT.com"; however, neither an email address nor the use of the LGT name or logo should be taken on its own as proof that a communication is genuine.
LGT Thailand uses only accounts held in its own name for its business operations. It never authorises payments to third-party accounts for business conducted with LGT Thailand.
Before acting on any investment solicitation or transferring funds, please verify the communication and payment details directly with LGT Thailand using contact details obtained independently from an official LGT source. If you cannot verify the sender's identity and connection with LGT Thailand, do not provide personal or corporate information, transfer funds, or open any links, attachments or QR codes they send.
