Your challenge

Start on September 1, 2024 in Hong Kong as a

Graduate - Compliance

Over the course of 18 months you will build up knowledge for Compliance, particularly in the Anti-Money Laundering team, get to know other business units through stages and expand your horizon with a two-week seminar in Singapore. In alignment with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will have the chance to commit for a social project. In your future role as a Graduate in Compliance, we focus on the following tasks:

  • Participate in the Name Screening and Adverse News Group Project and will gain opportunity to understand the project workflow and coordination as well to work closely with other teams including Global, APAC and local stakeholders. 

  • Involve in the daily process, including but not limited to name screening, transaction screening, account opening, periodic client file review, etc.

  • Rotation between Regulatory Compliance, Investment Services Compliance and AML Compliance to gain overview of the role of Compliance in LGT and support ad hoc projects using PowerBI

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree attained within the last 12 months

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Strong communication skills, proactive and composed personality

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Autonomous and self-disciplined

  • Analytical and problem solver

  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to go beyond the usual level of commitment

  • Ability to innovate, initiative and commitment with high quality standards

  • Identification with LGT and its values and interest in a long-term commitment to us

  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge in PowerBI
