Your challenge

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring LGT Gruppe Holding AG adheres to all relevant financial regulations and internal policies and coordination of groupwide regulatory topics with our international entities. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, implementing compliance frameworks, and providing expert advice to various business units.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze new and evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II, AML, GDPR, CRD) relevant to LGT Gruppe Holding AG's global operations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls
  • Coordination of groupwide regulatory topics with our international entities
  • Technical support for specific compliance programmes implemented across the group
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and identify potential areas of non-compliance
  • Provide advice and guidance to business units on regulatory matters and their impact on operations
  • Prepare and deliver compliance training sessions to employees at all levels
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and disclosures
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, as well as regulatory bodies
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the compliance framework and systems
     


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations (e.g., MiFID II, AML, GDPR, CRD) and international compliance standards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts and translate them into practical business solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
