The LGT Young Soloists have already been guests at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg in the past. Last Tuesday evening's performance, however, was something special. For the first time, the concert took place in close cooperation with the new LGT office in Hamburg, that was opened in October 2022. The response from current and potential clients from the region, who were invited to the exclusive event, was great.
"We only opened our office here in Hamburg a few months ago. All the more pleasing was the high demand for the tickets, which were sold out in no time at all," says Jörg Finck, Branch Manager of LGT in Hamburg. Before the performance of the up-and-coming talents, LGT invited its guests to a cocktail reception. "This gave our clients the chance to exchange ideas and make new contacts in a relaxed atmosphere. We also had the opportunity to focus on LGT's great commitment to art and music. The speeches by HSH Princess Isabelle von und zu Liechtenstein and Alexander Gilman, founder and director of the LGT Young Soloists, were inspiring."
Finally, the concert program offered a unique variety of great musical works - from Concerto in B minor by Antonio Vivaldi to Gabriel's Oboe by Ennio Morricone. The audience was thrilled by the outstanding playing of the Young Soloists.
In the fall, the LGT Young Soloists will be back in Hamburg for the start of their anniversary world tour. The orchestra is celebrating its 10th anniversary and will delight listeners with an exceptional best-of program. You can find out more about the LGT Young Soloists and our sponsorship here.
