Accessibility statement

LGT is endeavouring to make its website accessible to all.
This accessibility statement applies to the following legal entity and website:

LGT Bank (Switzerland) Ltd, Basel with the website www.lgt.com/ch-en

State of compliance with requirements

LGT’s aim is to make the website accessible to all. In particular, this includes accessible use and navigation using a keyboard, as well as the use of screen readers and other technologies.

There are always new requirements and improved standards for accessibility. For this reason, we regularly check our website for any obstacles or ways to improve. In doing so, we refer to the specifications laid out in the agreement on web standards by the “World Wide Web Consortium” (abbreviated to W3C). These specifications include “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines” or WCAG.

We are working on making our web pages and content accessible, and in essential areas this is already the case. However, there are some areas where we still have to improve accessibility. In future, we will design new content for our website in a way that all people can take advantage of it.

Incompatibilities and exceptions are listed below.

Inaccessible content

PDF files

We place great importance on the accessibility of our PDF documents. While older files on this website may not yet be fully accessible, we ensure that newly published PDF documents comply with legal accessibility requirements.

If you have difficulty accessing content in PDF format, please contact us. We will be happy to provide the relevant information in a more accessible format.

Videos

Some videos on our website do not currently have subtitles or transcripts. We are working on providing subtitles for all relevant content.

SmartBanking Help

LGT offers additional digital applications with help pages accessible via separate microsites. These pages are currently only partially accessible. As part of the ongoing development of our digital applications, in particular SmartBanking, the relevant help pages will be gradually updated and made fully accessible in the future.

Creation of the accessibility statement

This statement was created on 25 June 2025 based on an assessment carried out by Init Aktiengesellschaft für digitale Kommunikation, Köpenicker Strasse 9, D-10997 Berlin.
