Your challenge

Are you a talented organizer with good communication skills? Then become part of our dynamic front support team in the COO unit and support our front office around the world in the smooth handling of their activities! Working together with specialists from different areas, you will master a wide variety of tasks and contribute to the success of our international private bank. 

Your tasks will include 

  • Supporting front office staff with problems and working with other departments to find solutions
  • Implementation and independent handling of process steps and tasks
  • Working closely with specialists from Legal, Compliance and IT 
  • Collaboration on projects and other project-related tasks
  • Active participation in shaping the diverse field of work

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience
  • Very good written and oral German and English skills
  • Multitasking skills for different personalities and situations
  • Ability to switch quickly between different tasks and subject areas
  • You show a high level of initiative, independence and a structured way of working
  • Professional support and act as a friendly contact person for front office and internal stakeholders
