あなたのチャレンジ

Are you looking to deepen your expertise in operational risk controlling and make an impact in a dynamic banking environment? We are looking for a (Senior) Risk Controller (f/m/d) to join and strengthen our Risk Controlling & Security team.

  • Monitor risk limits for market, liquidity, credit and third-party risks

  • Prepare regular risk reports for Senior Management

  • Record and analyse internal operational events, respond to inquiries, and maintain the related database

  • Assess key controls and support line managers in conducting Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA)

  • Contribute actively to the further development of a holistic and integrated Risk Management Framework (including processes and reporting) in close collaboration with the Group

あなたのプロフィール

  • Several years of experience in risk controlling with a focus on operational risks, combined with strong knowledge of banking processes and related internal controls in connection with FINMA Circular 23/1 “Operational Risks and Resilience – Banks”

  • Additional experience in market and/or credit risks, as well as a broad understanding of regulatory requirements, is an advantage

  • Strong analytical thinking, a quick grasp of complex matters, and the ability to present topics clearly and pragmatically

  • A careful, reliable and structured working style paired with personal accountability, solution orientation and the ability to assert yourself when needed

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the flexibility to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with Power BI; experience with the Avaloq banking system is a plus
