As an Assistant Relationship Manager in our Basel office, you will play a vital front-office role, partnering closely with Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality service and holistic advice to our Swiss Onshore clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing proactive support to Relationship Managers in the continuous development and management of client portfolios, with a focus on the Swiss Onshore market
Acting as a brand ambassador by upholding our values and fostering strong client relationships
Collaborating actively with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive and tailored client solutions
Upholding regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards in all activities
Working towards clearly defined individual and team targets
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar front-office, client-supporting role
Demonstrated success in supporting Relationship Managers and managing client relationships
Solid understanding of financial products, services, and the delivery of integrated client solutions
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and guide both clients and internal stakeholders
Results-driven mindset, with a high level of motivation and the ability to excel in a performance-oriented environment
Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
Highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and compliance with both internal and external guidelines and regulatory requirements
Fluency in German and French is required- any further language a plus
