LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
Requirements & Business Analysis: Capture, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into epics and user stories.
Backlog Management: Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value and ensure alignment with stakeholder and regulatory requirements.
Solution Design & Processes: Design and optimise IT solutions and related processes in close collaboration with business, IT and vendors.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure their needs are reflected in the product.
Agile Product Ownership: Assume the Product Owner role in the agile (SAFe) Payment team and work closely with the Scrum Master and the development team.
Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the IT Payment product in line with company goals.
Customer Satisfaction & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and KPIs to enhance the product and related processes.
PI & Sprint Planning: Prepare and participate in agile planning events (e.g. PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinement), ensuring backlog items are ready and understood.
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field
3–5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or in a similar role in the Cash & Payment area or in the financial sector
Practical experience with Avaloq or a comparable core banking platform in an operational or change context
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Solid, hands-on experience with agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex contexts, structure them clearly and support data-driven decisions
Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
Experience with built-in quality (Shift-Left, DevOps, Quality Assurance) is a plus; excellent English skills and a good command of German
