Credit Advisor for Lombard loans and international Mortgages 80-100% (f/m/d) Bendern (LI) • Zurich (CH)

As a member of our team you will be in charge of a loan book at our location in Bendern/FL and/or Zürich/CH as Credit Advisor (f/m/d). In doing so, you will ensure competent and efficient processing of international credit inquiries, ongoing credit extensions and monitoring of existing credit customer relationships. The following tasks are part of your job:

• Consulting and independent development of individual financing solutions for international customers (mainly APAC clients)
• Independent processing and handling of complex credit transactions
• Preparation of comprehensive credit applications and contracts of special financing structures
• Maintaining contact with credit and relationship managers active in the assigned markets
• Analysis of higher loan requests for securities portfolios
• Servicing of credit positions against pledging of unit-linked insurance policies
• Performing recurring credit assessments on existing credit exposures as well as recurring reviews of credit positions with special coverage situations
• Preparation of credit monitoring instruments
   

• Commercial degree in banking and/or a university/technical college degree in business administration, finance or equivalent
• Many years of professional experience in the credit sector, mainly in the area of Lombard loans, international mortgages and complex structured financing transanctions
• Very good language skills in English and good command in German, other languages are an advantage
• Affinity for numbers, coupled with excellent MS Office skills, Avaloq knowledge is a plus
• Proactive and motivated team player with high interpersonal skills
• Structured, meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work with the ability to meet demanding deadlines while ensuring a high level of quality
