During the 18‑month program, you will gain insights into various business areas and build in‑depth knowledge for your target role. You will not only expand your technical expertise but also develop your social and personal skills through engaging seminars – for example, the onboarding week in Liechtenstein – and through exchanges with internal and external experts. A particular highlight is the two‑week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project. Throughout your time as a Graduate, you will be supported by an experienced mentor who will accompany you in your professional and personal development. For your future role as Relationship Manager (f/m/d) German/Austrian Market, we focus on the following responsibilities:
Creating added value through individual, needs‑based advice for our clients
Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
Making targeted use of our range of services and products (portfolio management and investment advisory, financing, philanthropy and succession planning)
Supporting senior relationship managers in specialist matters such as internal clarifications, market research, preparing analyses and presentations, etc.
Actively contributing to acquisition activities within the existing client base
Representing the investment policy internally and externally
Further developing the private client business by participating in projects
A very good recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (with graduation within the last 18 months) in economics or business administration
Very good language skills in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
Strong client orientation and communication skills
Analytical skills and a pronounced solution orientation
Willingness to contribute innovative ideas and new perspectives
Ability to work in a team and willingness to go the extra mile
Alignment with LGT and its values
Interest in a long‑term commitment at LGT
Strong affinity for advising high‑net‑worth private clients
Capacity for innovation, initiative and commitment with a strong focus on quality
