LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
We are looking for a committed and solutions-oriented individual to take on a key role in the preparation and coordination of LGT's resolution planning.
In this dynamic and multifaceted position, you will share responsibility for:
Managing submissions to the resolution authority as part of the resolution plan
Continuously analyzing and implementing national and European regulatory requirements
Preparing and updating documentation and reports on LGT’s resolvability – for both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with various departments to ensure and further develop resolution planning
Coordinating at the interface between the resolution authority and banking associations
In addition, you will gain exciting insights into other areas of Risk Controlling within the world’s largest private banking and asset management group owned by an entrepreneurial family.
For this demanding and high-responsibility position, we are seeking a motivated individual with the following profile:
A successfully completed university degree in law or economics
Solid knowledge of banking and financial market regulation, with an interest in regulatory developments, overall bank management, corporate governance, and IT-related topics
Ideally, experience in preparing recovery and resolution plans or comprehensive knowledge of supervisory frameworks
Strong coordination skills and a confident demeanor, particularly in interactions with departments, management, and supervisory authorities
Excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a precise, structured, and flexible working style
A high level of analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex issues holistically
Initiative and enthusiasm for tackling demanding tasks
Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
