Client Relationship Officer EAM/EWA 80-100% (f/m/d) Vaduz

For our long-term development in the intermediary business, we are looking for a committed and trustworthy personality as Client Relationship Officer External Asset Managers (EAM) and External Wealth Advisors (EWA). In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Proactive and efficient handling of day-to-day business mainly via digital banking channels
• Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives transactions in Avaloq
• Independent support of External Asset Managers (EAM) and External Wealth Advisors (EWA) in general banking transactions
• Substitution of other team members in all administrative matters (office management, business trips, agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
• Collaboration in projects

For this responsible position we are looking for a person with the following profile:

• Completed banking apprenticeship, with experience as an assistant or client advisor in intermediary business or in supporting private banking clients
• Further professional training in banking or a business management qualification would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives as well as regulatory requirements in the intermediary or private banking business
• Excellent customer orientation and willingness to serve in combination with an empathetic and outgoing personality
• High degree of initiative and independence as well as a precise and efficient way of working
• Proficiency in MS-Office; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
