About Us

LGT is the world’s largest private banking and asset management group owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the Family Office of the Princely Family of Liechtenstein, we offer extensive experience in managing substantial assets.

Your Responsibilities

For our EAM team in Vaduz, we are looking for a responsible, client-oriented individual to actively support our Relationship Managers in serving external asset managers and multi-family offices domiciled in Liechtenstein, while proactively driving their own areas of responsibility.

  • Independently handle enquiries and requests from our intermediaries, including external asset managers and multi-family offices domiciled in Liechtenstein, in day-to-day business.
  • Proactively support Relationship Managers in managing and developing existing intermediary relationships.
  • Take ownership of a clearly defined after-sales process for investment and product recommendations, in close coordination with the responsible Relationship Managers.
  • Coordinate the necessary internal clarifications and ensure the further implementation of client requests.
  • Prepare and follow up on client and acquisition meetings, including presentations, analyses and correspondence.
  • Act as deputy for Relationship Managers and build an own network within the intermediary market.
  • Contribute to acquisition activities as well as to the ongoing development of processes and service quality within the team.
  • In the longer term, progressively assume responsibility for an own, clearly defined client portfolio.

Your profile

For this demanding position, we are looking for an engaged and entrepreneurial-minded professional with the following profile:

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training with relevant specialist qualifications; advanced professional education in banking or business administration is an advantage.
  • Several years of experience in the intermediary business or private banking, ideally in a CRO, Assistant Relationship Manager or comparable role.
  • Experience in after-sales activities relating to investment and product recommendations is an advantage, as is a strong interest in actively engaging with intermediaries and a proven ability to execute and bring matters to completion.
  • Sound knowledge of securities and foreign exchange transactions, as well as investment products.
  • Understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to international intermediary or private banking business, particularly cross-border requirements, MiFID and AML.
  • Strong client and service orientation, with a willingness to take responsibility for the reliable follow-up of client requests.
  • Structured, independent and forward-looking working style, with a strong focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, a professional manner and strong team spirit.
  • A dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented personality who enjoys contributing to the further development of processes.
