Your challenge

For the sustainable development of our headquarters in Vaduz, we are seeking a committed, discreet, and enthusiastic individual to join us as Business Developer / Relationship Manager. In this responsible role, you will contribute to strengthening our market position and nurture trusted relationships with trust offices, law firms as well as their international, demanding clientele (UHNWI).

Your Responsibilities

  • Further development and expansion of your portfolio of trust offices and law firms based on your network in Liechtenstein
  • Comprehensive, individual, and professional support for your international high-net-worth clients
  • Holistic, personalized advice for your clients, involving our management and specialists
  • Active and collaborative exchange with internal specialist departments
  • Strong understanding of our core target groups: trust offices and law firms serving international clients with diverse and complex wealth structures
  • Representing the bank and actively networking within the market region

Your profile

  • Proven track record in managing and developing trust offices and law firms, as well as advising high-net-worth private clients with your own portfolio responsibility (investments and wealth management)
  • Completed banking education and/or advanced education (e.g., university, university of applied sciences, AZEK, CFA)
  • Service-oriented, enthusiastic personality with strong customer focus
  • Independent, responsible way of working and self-initiative
  • Excellent negotiation skills and persuasive power
  • Existing network and solid roots in Liechtenstein
  • High social competence as well as communication and advisory skills
  • Excellent command of German and very good English skills
