Your challenge

  • Support the creation of high-quality client materials, including investment presentations, performance and risk reports, and strategy summaries
  • Collaborate closely with investment specialists and portfolio managers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with relevant strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for client meetings and communications
  • Help ensure that all materials meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
  • Contribute to internal business consolidation and project coordination efforts within the team
  • Participate actively in team meetings, offering ideas to further improve processes and outcomes

Your profile

  • Ongoing or recently completed university studies (Business Administration, Banking, Marketing - bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
  • Strong IT skills and confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint; you also bring a solid sense for design and a keen eye for detail
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver high-quality work even under tight deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn, openness to new topics, and a strong interest in personal and professional development
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
