Your challenge

In this varied role, you will assume an important coordination function within day-to-day operations and ensure the professional, timely, and high-quality handling of a wide range of client requests. Through your service-oriented approach, you will make a significant contribution to high client satisfaction and the smooth execution of internal processes.

 

  • Providing professional support to Exit Pool and Narilo clients
  • Preparing bank references, bank confirmations, and invitation letters
  • Performing regular output control checks
  • Delivering first-level front support for consolidated asset statements
  • Acting as the primary contact for confirmations of business relationships requested by audit firms

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification in the financial services sector
  • Strong client orientation; experience in client advisory or client servicing would be an asset
  • Independent, careful, and precise working style
  • Familiarity with Avaloq and solid user knowledge of MS Office are an advantage
  • Flexible, resilient, and reliable personality with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent command of German and English; additional language skills would be an asset
