Your challenge

  • Support Relationship Managers in delivering a first-class service experience to private banking clients and in strengthening long-term client relationships
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, correspondence and day-to-day matters with discretion, efficiency and professionalism
  • Manage client-related and administrative tasks independently, including account opening support, documentation, pending cases and compliance-related coordination
  • Prepare and follow up on client and acquisition meetings, providing high-quality briefing notes, presentations and supporting materials
  • Process client instructions accurately and efficiently across securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions, while monitoring open items to ensure timely execution
  • Take ownership of organisational and administrative responsibilities, including agenda management, correspondence and office coordination
  • Maintain client data and documentation with the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality and compliance, while supporting selected client events and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and digital ways of working, including the use of internal AI tools

Your profile

Qualifications and skills for the job

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent commercial education with relevant experience in the banking environment; further education in banking, finance or business administration is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in banking, ideally in private banking or in a client-focused support role
  • Experience in supporting private banking clients and Relationship Managers, with a strong understanding of client servicing and administrative processes
  • Good understanding of the regulatory environment relevant to private banking, eg cross-border rules, MiFID, AML
  • Structured, precise and efficient working style, with the ability to manage tasks independently, set clear priorities and perform reliably in a dynamic environment
  • Strong client and service orientation, combined with a professional, discreet and solution-driven approach
  • High level of initiative, ownership and commitment, with a willingness to contribute actively to the success of the team
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and support the continuous enhancement of processes and service quality
  • Strong digital affinity and very good command of standard Office applications; experience with Avaloq and e-banking tools is an advantage, and openness towards AI-supported ways of working is welcomed
  • Empathetic and polished professional presence, with very good communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for banks and bankers, so that a minimum gross salary of € 2.538,57 p.m. (*14) can be assumed. We offer - depending on specific qualifications and experience - a target bonus and a significant overpayment.
