Your responsibilities

  • Preliminary clarifications for form processing with various internal departments

  • Creation and adaptation of customer and LGT internal forms in accordance with the corporate identity/design of the LGT Group in Word and PDF

  • Capturing, structuring, storing, and maintaining form data in the database

  • Coordinating the translation of forms into specific form languages

  • Actively supporting and advising LGT employees (providing assistance with problems and implementing form requirements, researching and providing form documentation)

  • Collaborating on and managing various projects

  • Handling technical issues (database, process optimizations)

Your profile

  • Completed technical or commercial training

  • Structured and precise way of working

  • Very good German skills and good English skills

  • High IT affinity

  • Resilient and calm in dynamic situations

  • Experience or flair in desktop publishing is an advantage

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
