As an Agile Business Analyst, you will work at the interface between the bank and IT. In this varied and responsible role, you will focus on improving the user experience of LGT clients. You will be the contact person for new or enhancement requirements for various client journeys in connection with our online banking application "LGT SmartBanking" and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You analyse the product owner's user stories and support prioritisation
• You capture and analyse the requirements and are responsible for the IT specifications and support the development of concepts
• You accompany the implementation of the development teams and testing with the operational stakeholders
• You support the Scrum Master in scheduling the required resources, in particular in coordinating with internal and external IT service providers
• You will analyse and assess business processes in the context of changes to IT systems and ensure the implementation of efficient processes
• You contribute your knowledge and provide advice and support to internal stakeholders with questions about the product

Your profile:

• You have a higher specialised education in business informatics, business administration or equivalent professional experience
• You have experience in analysing requirements, process consulting and designing solutions
• Technical understanding, e.g. with data interfaces or system knowledge of Avaloq is desirable
• Experience in banking or client consulting will help you to better understand relevant client journeys
• Experience with agile methods, e.g. Scrum, is helpful
• You have strong communication skills, a service- and client-orientated attitude and understand complex interrelationships quickly and holistically
• Systematic, structured and independent way of working and very good knowledge of German and English
