In your role as DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for the successful automation of our Portfolio Reporting solution within the RM and Client platform portfolio. Your specific duties include:

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Product Architects to develop solutions that fulfill the product vision.
• Orchestrate, deploy, and monitor applications to becoming an integral part of our technical operations.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, managing and automating the lifecycle of various platform components.
• Contribute significantly to our agile fusion team, mentoring colleagues in best practices for CI/CD deployments.
• Execute GitOps best practices, establish standards, and develop convenience utilities enhancing our operational efficiency.
• Assist in establishing an automated instance deployment process across development, test, integration, and production environments.
• Take responsibility for the installation and operation of the DevOps tool landscape, ensuring its smooth functioning.
• Apply basic knowledge of operating systems and network management to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Engage in coding and testing activities, demonstrating technical expertise and attention to detail.
• Continuously improve and innovate CI/CD pipelines to enhance development and deployment processes.

Your profile demonstrates:

• A hands-on mentality, backed by a passion for coding, testing, and delivering superior quality pipelines. You should have a focus on automation, continuous improvement, and non-functional testing.
• Proficiency in using DevOps platforms such as GitLab and container platforms such as Openshift and Kubernetes.
• Adherence to security best practices
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure a collaborative and efficient DevOps environment
• Willingness to learn, improve, and to foster a team-oriented growth culture.
• Experience with agile processes, showcasing your analytical mindset, attention to detail, solution-driven approach, and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Resilience under stress, combined with analytical thinking and a mentality that encourages learning and helping others.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Basic knowledge in operating systems, network management, various DevOps tools/systems, and familiarity with DevSecOps security practices and agile methodologies.
• Good command of both German and English is an advantage
