Your challenge

  • Project Planning and Delivery: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives according to the agreed scope.
  • Business Partnering between Compliance and IT: Act as a trusted sparring partner between the Compliance organization and IT, translating regulatory and business requirements into practical technology solutions. Build strong relationships and facilitate effective communication to align expectations and manage both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify project-related and operational risks that could impact delivery or business operations. Develop mitigation strategies, proactively manage issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruption.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track initiative progress against milestones and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and management reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse, challenge, and optimize existing processes to support LGT's strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
