Your challenge

In your position as Quality Assurance Manager, you act as an overarching coordinator and facilitator of all QA-related topics, so that products, services and processes meet the desired quality and functionality. You are looking at the big picture and push QA within the product forward, get the decision makers on board as well as support the whole team in quality aspects.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Define and maintain the quality concept and quality process within the product, aligned with the overall quality process in LGT
  • Coordinate, plan and document QA and testing activities
  • Facilitate QA guild and coordinate/align QA activities across all product teams
  • Ensure adequate test automation and automated acceptance testing
  • Measure software and test quality along defined KPIs and derive recommendations for software development process improvements
  • Identify quality issues, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
  • You have a strong interest in new topics around Quality Assurance and keep yourself up-to-date with new trends in the QA area
  • You are focused on Built-in Quality and supporting the team during the full software delivery lifecycle with your extensive know-how within the implementation

Your profile

Your skills are:

  • Experience with interdisciplinary Quality Assurance on project/product level
  • Strong problem solving paired with documentation and reporting skills
  • Your open-minded nature enables you to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Leadership abilities for functional lead of quality professionals
  • Ability to develop and deliver training/coaching to ensure team members understand quality standards and processes
  • With your agile way of thinking, you can respond flexibly to the quality requirements of the product
