  • Several years of experience in the intermediary business or private banking, ideally in a CRO, Assistant Relationship Manager or comparable role.
  • Experience in after-sales activities relating to investment and product recommendations is an advantage, as is a strong interest in actively engaging with intermediaries and a proven ability to execute and bring matters to completion.
  • Sound knowledge of securities and foreign exchange transactions, as well as investment products.
  • Understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to international intermediary or private banking business, particularly cross-border requirements, MiFID and AML.
  • Strong client and service orientation, with a willingness to take responsibility for the reliable follow-up of client requests.
  • Structured, independent and forward-looking working style, with a strong focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, a professional manner and strong team spirit.
